Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlossBros ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Description of Service

FlossBros is a habit-tracking application for iPhone designed to help users track their daily flossing habits, connect with friends for accountability, and earn achievements. The App is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Premium Subscriptions

FlossBros offers optional premium subscription plans ("FlossBros Premium") that provide access to additional features. By subscribing to FlossBros Premium, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Plans

We offer the following auto-renewable subscription options:

• Individual Monthly: Billed monthly at the current subscription price
• Individual Annual: Billed annually at the current subscription price
• Family Monthly: Billed monthly, includes access for up to 6 family members
• Family Annual: Billed annually, includes access for up to 6 family members

Current pricing is displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Free Trial

Some subscription plans may include a free trial period. If offered, the trial duration will be clearly stated before purchase. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate for your selected plan.

Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's subscription settings:

• Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > FlossBros

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Family Plan

Family plan subscriptions allow the plan owner to share FlossBros Premium with invited family members within the App (up to 6 members total, including the owner).

• The plan owner is solely responsible for subscription billing.
• The owner can invite and remove members through the App's family management settings.
• If the owner cancels the family plan or the subscription expires, all family members lose access to premium features at the end of the current billing period.
• Removed members lose premium access immediately.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by and subject to the Apple App Store terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly through your device or at reportaproblem.apple.com.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use automated means to access the App without permission

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (display names, profile information). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content solely for operating and improving our services.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on others' rights.

Social Features

The App includes social features such as friend connections and "nudges." You agree to use these features responsibly and not to harass or spam other users. We reserve the right to limit or disable social features for users who abuse them.

Health Disclaimer

FlossBros is a habit-tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is not a substitute for professional dental care. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

The educational content provided in Floss Academy is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. No information in the App should be used as a basis for self-diagnosis or treatment decisions.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by FlossBros and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings (Settings > Account > Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlossBros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
